How to request a return?
To request a return, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item received
- A description of the issue
Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
Refunds
If a return is approved and received in acceptable condition:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Shipping fees (including express shipping) are non-refundable unless the error was ours
Processing times for refunds may vary depending on your payment provider.

We do not accept returns without prior approval
Items returned without authorization may be refused
Personalized or customized jewelry is final sale unless incorrect or not as advertised
