How It Works
1. Choose Your Gemstone
Browse our curated gemstone collection to find a stone that speaks to you, or share your ideas with us if you are searching for something specific. Once you have chosen your gemstone, a deposit secures it and allows us to begin the design process.
2. Create Your Design
We will work closely with you to refine every detail including the setting style, metal choice, proportions, and overall aesthetic. You will receive a custom 3D design so you can visualise your piece before production begins.
3. Crafted By Hand
After you approve the final design, your jewellery is handcrafted in our workshop with exceptional attention to detail. Most bespoke pieces take approximately 4 to 8 weeks to complete.
4. Delivered To You
Your finished piece can be collected in person at our office on the 4th floor, JTC, Room 403B, or at our booth, Booth GOP21 on the G Floor of the Jewelry Trade Center. If you prefer delivery, we also offer fully insured worldwide shipping so your jewellery arrives safely and beautifully presented.
